Girija
Co-Founder and COO
Scaling my coworking venture (100 to 900 seats) since 2019 while earning my Finance Master’s in 2020, provided hands-on design and execution experience as every branch of our coworking space is conceptualized and executed internally, without hiring external architects. Recognizing the limited scalability in coworking, I channeled my already sparked deep interest in space planning & interiors into co-founding Tivora Designs with Soniya where I’m focused on delivering thoughtful, functional, and beautifully executed interior solutions that reflect both precision and personality. Soniya and I are a true complementary force – a yin and yang in action as compatible opposites ensuring great collaboration.

Despite an HR's Master's and 2013 start at Tata Consultancy Services, my unconventional path through education, high-impact non-profits (Avanti Fellows), tech giant (Google), and tech startup (Abhith Technologies) cultivated a deep understanding of how environments impact people and their potential. I've seen firsthand how the right space can ignite curiosity and growth, while the wrong one can stifle it. This deep-seated belief in people-centric design, collaboration, and purposeful creation is the driving force behind Tivora Designs, which I co-founded with Girija, where my partnership with Girija is a powerful synergy of the warp and weft creating a well-rounded union.
